For the 3rd Husky home game, we got another beautiful sunny day, and we got to go with Jess & Mike! They were in Bellevue celebrating their 7th anniversary. Thanks again to Fuzz for amazing tickets in the Don James Center! The Huskies even pulled out a fantastic win down to the wire! Thanks for hanging out with us Jess & Mike!

Girls' Weekend in Chelan
Every year Andy goes hunting for a 5 days with Grandpa in Alberta, and I hate being alone. So this year I planned a girls' trip with my friends Kristen (who flew all the way in from San Diego) and Jen with her daughter Vail. We drove to Lake Chelan and stayed there Thursday night through Sunday. Avery had a rough weekend refusing to sleep in her Pack N Play, teething, and missing Daddy but we had a great time! Chelan keeps growing every year I go there.
The babies in the truck on the way to Chelan.
Thursday night was a bit of a fiasco. We never recieved the email from the property management company with the access codes, and since we arrived around 10PM we weren't able to get in contact with anyone. The Best Western is immediately in front of our condos and we got very lucky snagging their last available room for the night. What a way to start the trip! Avery slept maybe a total of 6 hours that night so we were all very tired the next day.
Friday we started wine tasting! The girls playing in the condo.
We didn't luck out with the weather, it was in the low 70's and complete with Lake Chelan wind. We played at the State Park anyways.
I love this picture, the girls holding hands, so cute!
Hanging with Aunty KK.
Avery flashing her belly.
Favorite picture of the weekend! Surprisingly, I'm the only one not really into wine but the only one in this pic with a wine glass!

Seattle Cheerleader
We are fortunate enough to get to attend a lot of sporting events in Seattle. As a result, Avery has become an unofficial cheerleader for them all. (Mommy loves dressing her up in her cute little dresses). This last weekend we attended a Mariner's game and a Husky game. Avery's cheers must be working because both teams won!
Friday night we went to the M's game for a warm September evening game with our friends, Cara and Tim. Here's my little cheerleader before the game:
I love this picture of Avery, but she looks way too old!
Cara brought Avery a book (so nice!) and Avery thought it was great! I think this is her new favorite book.
Saturday we got to go with Daddy again to the Husky game against Hawaii. It felt like we were in Hawaii too, it was a warm 80+ degree day!
Avery loves it when people cheer, she claps right along with the crowd.
Sunday I took Avery to yet another park here in Bellevue. She's a crazy child and keeps right up with the big kids. She thought this toy was great and shook herself dizzy on it. (Note the huge black & blue bruise on her forehead from taking a header into the table at the M's game).
A great way to say goodbye to the Seattle sun. Fall has made a return today.

It's Football Season!
Last Saturday we went to the Husky game against Eastern for the first game of the season! Daddy's friend wasn't able to go so Avery and I got to go, yay! As usual we had great tickets & parking from Grandpa (thank you!) We tailgated a bit before the game in the warm sun. Great day, and the Huskies saved their lead in the last minute of the game! I think it was because this little cutie was cheering them on. :)
(These pictures are taken with my phone so please excuse the poor quality).
Avery was so excited, she couldn't contain herself.
She loves clapping along with the crowd.
Grandma and Grandpa were in the Don James Center so they took Avery for half of the game and treated her to the good life.
Thanks for taking us to the game Daddy!

Maria's Shower & Mia's Birthday
Last weekend Maria and Ed were in town from Delaware, and we got some friends together to have a baby shower for them and soon-to-be baby Joey! Maria has about 10 weeks left of her pregnancy - she looks great! Here are some pictures of the shower at Rock Bottom and my little Stinker - who ran her head into the table about 5 times, poor baby!
